After completion of the Home Inspection, you will be emailed a report which will include digital photos as well as custom narative comments for each item. Any problems discovered during the Home Inspection are categorized so you know which are considered Major Concerns or Safety Hazards, and which are Routine Maintenance items. This type of reporting format is far supperior to a simple check list format, or a report that provides a long list of defects that you don't know what to do with, like some of the other generated reports out there.
