The price was a bit higher than other places I called originally. But after the fact and seeing the quality of the inspection and the service, I now am glad I didn't shop for the lowest price but instead had the attitude of "Ya get what ya pay for!" Because I most certainly did.

Bryan was amazing. He went well over and above and beyond on this situation. My home buying experience was very rough and although the seller did not accomodate the repairs or requests with much maturity and proffesionalism, knowing that Bryan would be the one to look over the repairs and insure I was protected as the buyer really eased my mind. Thanks Bryan for all you have done for myself and my children with the MULTIPLE inspections on our new home. We appreciate you very much.
