Many thanks to Bryan who performed a very thorough and complete inspection on the house that we are buying in Carmel. He caught several things during the inspection that we would have never thought to check ourselves. Many of the windows were rotted and needed to be replaced, there were electrical and plumbing issues that needed to be repaired by professionals, and there were many safety issues that were not expensive to repair, but were of a concern with our small children.

Thanks to the inspection and written report that Bryan produced, we were able to negotiate many of the more expensive items to be repaired by the sellers prior to closing. The inspection also helped identify and bring to our attention what maintenance we needed to perform to maintain the house and Bryan did a very good job of explaining everything in great detail and answering all of our questions. We have bought many homes and have been through many home inspections as well, but we were more pleased and impressed with this inspection and report than any others we have been through.
