Our prices are very competitive, starting with a base fee of only $250.00 for homes under 1500 sq ft. With a full inspection we also offer termite certification - $50. Radon testing - $125. If you order the Full Home Inspection with both the termite cert. and radon test you will receive 10% off the total inspection fee. The Well/Septic testing - $125.
