Bryan Gibbs was very personable and both me and my fiance enjoyed his company during the inspection. He did a great job on informing us what needed to be looked at and what we would have to do to keep our house in working order and functioning properly.
At first, my fiance and I weren't quite sure what to expect when it came to inspection. We actually didn't think that there was going to be alot to inspect. We were wrong. Bryan Gibbs is the greatest to work with. I appreciate his patience after a couple of attempts in getting all utilites for him to perform the inspection. He not only took the time to explain things so that I could understand but he had no problem in sharing his knowledge. Thanks for a job well done.

It's ben a while since I've needed this service but I thought the price was a little high. Brian came very highly recommended so we thought it was worth the investment. The bar was set high from the referral and Bryan was great.
My wife and I were very happy with Bryan's professionalism and the amount of information that he shared with us. Bryan made buying our first house less stressful and we would absolutely use him again.
The price was a bit higher than other places I called originally. But after the fact and seeing the quality of the inspection and the service, I now am glad I didn't shop for the lowest price but instead had the attitude of "Ya get what ya pay for!" Because I most certainly did.
Bryan was amazing. He went well over and above and beyond on this situation. My home buying experience was very rough and although the seller did not accomodate the repairs or requests with much maturity and proffesionalism, knowing that Bryan would be the one to look over the repairs and insure I was protected as the buyer really eased my mind. Thanks Bryan for all you have done for myself and my children with the MULTIPLE inspections on our new home. We appreciate you very much.
Many thanks to Bryan who performed a very thorough and complete inspection on the house that we are buying in Carmel. He caught several things during the inspection that we would have never thought to check ourselves. Many of the windows were rotted and needed to be replaced, there were electrical and plumbing issues that needed to be repaired by professionals, and there were many safety issues that were not expensive to repair, but were of a concern with our small children.
Thanks to the inspection and written report that Bryan produced, we were able to negotiate many of the more expensive items to be repaired by the sellers prior to closing. The inspection also helped identify and bring to our attention what maintenance we needed to perform to maintain the house and Bryan did a very good job of explaining everything in great detail and answering all of our questions. We have bought many homes and have been through many home inspections as well, but we were more pleased and impressed with this inspection and report than any others we have been through. JOB WELL DONE! We would definitely recommend your services to other we know buying a house.
